Ichikasan, the instrument in is calling Ney, Nei or Reed Flulet. It is a mission critical part of Turkish Sufi Music. Turkish people call it as "Ney".

The blow instrument is a variation of some sort of Ney, it's Middle Eastern/Turkish. The notes sound "off" sometimes but they're not according to our scale. It needs getting used to but it's really satisfying when you start to feel it.
